Hi,
I placed an order Nov.30 the tracking# is EE271753993CN an today is 12/19/09 and I still have not receive my items. I am very dissapointed because I have been trying to contact someone to get futher information and I have not been able to contact anyone through the phone according to the information online it takes approximately 5-8 days to arrive and its has been more than that I have checked the tracking number and no updates have been made since 12/11/09 and no one has been able to give me information on the package. Can someone please contact regarding this matter. How much longer do I have to wait to receive my package? or when can I claim for a refund?
