Upon receiving your order, we will begin to process it ,which takes about average 1-2 business days. Your product will be shipped out, and a tracking number will be available at your account. Shipping takes 5-7 business days. Shipping is made via EMS/USPS/DHL/TNT.

In some instances, there may be a customs charge applied to your package (very rare). This is the buyer's responsibility.

Other countries Free Shipping Internationally for order is full $300.

All returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date the package was delivered. For return/exchange, products must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the goods' box. If the products are defective after being worn, then please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement.

Please submit your return request by email tosale-sneakers@hotmail.com the information requested below by simply copying and pasting the information requested andattached  them in the email you are sending and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange, usually within 1~4 hour after your email is received.

Returns and exchanges packages sending back to sale-sneakers.com must be post marked within 14 days from your request has been approved. It will take 5-10 business days to process all returns and exchanges. If the return/exchange isn't returned within the alotted time, we will not be able to process your return/exchange and will send a money request for shipping fee to ship the package back.

Buyer pays for shipping back to sale-sneakers.com in original condition & packaging. After inspecting, we will credit your paypal account in the amount  of the buyer paid for the products unless standard shipping & handling fee. For all free shipping items, shipping & handling fee will be retained to cover shipping charge.

***Due to fluctuations in International currency exchange rate, international customers will receive refunds at the rate at the time of refund. Shoes-list.com receives payments in USD at the time of purchase and refund in USD at the time of refund. All currency conversions are done by Paypal or moneybookers***
