(1) Shipping By air express (EMS/DHL/UPS/Fedex)

accessories lost on the road, please contact our consumers live support. After we confirm the fact,
we will resent all of your products and accessories or we will refund the money for your lost.
(2) Shipping By sea/boat
If the delivery of your product shipped by sea, and the product lost on the road. You have to go to your customs
for clearance customs, we have no responsibility.
If you pay more 6USD/PAIRS for insurance before our shipping, we will clearance the customs instead of you.
